INTERNATIONAL ORDER: We do not ship directly to international locations. We require a US carrier that we can dispatch the item going abroad on customer’s behalf.
BACKORDERS: Backorders are inevitable, we hate them as much as you and they do occasionally take us by surprise. It happens when an order comes through for an unexpectedly large quantity of a specific item, and before we are able to update our site, another order comes in for the same item. So when they do occur we do our best to keep that from happening, but it happens. So we apologize for a little disruption.
